We offer the printing of color or black and white brochure, reports, …etc. We offer Plastic spiral for binding your files. When ordering, you can choose the number of color and black & white pages that you wish to print as well as the paper type you wish to have.
For binding, you can choose from different available options.
For print security reason we only accept PDF files because the layout is then “frozen”.
We print your documents the same day for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. and the day after the order for orders placed after 1:00 p.m.
To be able to quickly fulfill your orders, please choose the print format carefully. If your files do not correspond to the formats chosen during your order, our service will contact you by email (this may cause an additional delay in the production of your order) to understand how to print your order and if there is a price increase due to the format change, we kindly ask you to pay the difference when picking up your order.
If your black & white and color pages are in the same file, please put instruction in the message area about which pages are in black & white and which in color.
Please keep in mind that if you choose option recto/verso for printing, we will be printing the black & white pages in recto/verso and color in recto/verso and we can not mix color in one side and black & white in the other side. There fore the number of black & white pages should be a multiply of 2 and the number of color pages should also be in a multiply of 2.
When ordering to print your files, please upload your files as follow:
- For A3 print, your PDF file should be 42 cm x 29.7 cm
- For A4 print, your PDF file should be 21 X 29.7 cm
- For A5 plan print, your PDF file should be 14.8 X 21 cm
If your files are not in the above standard format and you wish us to enlarge or reduce your files to fit to these pages, please put your instruction in the Message area.
Please note that after your instruction we will reduce or enlarge to the format you that you selected during your order proportionally and in some cases your final print will have extra white space around.
